We are looking for knowledgeable and flavour-focused home cooks to teach people their Japanese-Canadian foodie heritage and kitchen magic!Classes will be maximum 15-20 participants, using a casual workshop and hands-on approach, to be held at Tonari Gumi, the Vancouver Japanese Language School and occasionally at Nikkei Centre.
For your commitment to instruct a 2 hour class, the Japanese-Canadian Heritage Cooking Class program can offer an honorarium of $100-$200. As well, the program will pay all food and supply costs and shop/prep/organize for the event.
