35歳からは美しく生きる！#1

2002年よりカナダ在住。その後休暇先でイタリア人の主人と出会い、イタリア・ミラノで４年間暮らす。その際、人種差別や義理家族との問題に苦しむが、コーチングに出会い救われる。その経験から自身もアンソニー・ロビンスのもとで、心理学の知識も持つマスターコーチとなる。そして今では皆ハッピー仲良しファミリーである。現在は、ママの幸せを応援するコーチ、そしてママの起業を成功させる起業コンサルタントとして活動している。

アジア系カナダ人コミュニティは、バンクーバーのアジアの伝統を祝う月間イベント(Vancouver Asian Heritage Month event) の今年の成功を祝うため、去る6月11日に行われたexplorASIAN ２０周年記念の催しに参加しました。explorASIANを後援しているバンクーバー・アジア伝統月間協会(Vancouver Asian Heritage Month Society)は、日系カナダ人コミュニティを表彰するために、素晴らしい夕べを催したのです。

今回はカナダ生まれのアウトドアショップ、MEC（マウンテンイクイップメントコープ）North Vancouver店で自転車整備士として働いている悠也さんにお話伺いました。

去る６月４日、「日系人を称える—沈黙を破って」（Honouring Our People−Breaking the Silence*）のグレーター・バンクーバーJCCAによる刊行を記念する催しが日系センターの会議室で行われた。参加者は６０名で会場は満員の盛況だった。
